Portaudit is a tool that will check your FreeBSD computer for known security problems caused by having software installed.  You will get the results emailed to you nightly so that you can decide whether or not to remove/upgrade a port.

• cd /usr/ports/security/portaudit
• Type ‘make install clean’
• Type ‘cd ../portaudit-db’
• Type ‘make install clean’
  • [OK] – Options for libxslt 1.1.14 (select nothing)
